Automatic invoice in online booking

From our latest stable version (6.21.04.19) clients are able to request invoices themselves in online booking. There is no need to spend time sending it manually from Fast Office anymore. The customers that book online can receive the digital invoice automatically from email via our system after they finish the payment process online.  They can check the “Send invoice to my e-mail address” option.

Before clicking the “PAY” button clients can ask for the invoice. They will receive it automatically without any manual steps after the booking.

There are two main settings :

  • allow request invoice: enable this option
  • initial request invoice: if it’s set on True, then the option will be already pre-checked.

The invoice setup is the same as the normal Office invoice. You can customize the template of course. To enable the automatic sending invoice, you need to add the NOTIFICATION “Invoice created” under the invoice setup in Post Office.

After the clients come, you are also able to resend the invoice yourself if needed, the invoice can show if it’s original or a copy thanks to a new automail parameter “^[ProjectOriginalOrDuplicate]$”.
