How to change my offer/invoice template

You can have multiple offer/invoice templates configured and have the possibility to choose which template to send/save. Example you can have a template for companies and a separate template for individuals. Follow the steps below to change your offer/invoice template.

NB: Kindly note that you can only adapt an offer/invoice in a reservation.

How to change offer/invoice template

  1. In the documents tab, press the arrow in the ‘Template’ field
  2. Select the template from the drop-down list.
  3. The template will rebuild automatically. In any case if it doesn’t, press the ‘rebuild’ button to refresh the dcoument.
