How to link a barcode to a product

Introduction

This tutorial explains how you can link a barcode to a product. Follow the steps below to activate the settings.

Configuration

1. Go to the main menu in the configurator or booking and from the dropdown menu, go to ‘system’ and then select ‘system settings’ from the left menu.
2. Search the keyword ‘barcode’ in the search field to bring up the setting.
3. Go to ‘products_use_plu’ settings, click on the ‘false’ value and then select the checkbox to change the value to ‘true’.
4. Click apply to ‘save settings’
5. Go to the product where you want to link the barcode.
6. Fill in the ‘barcode number’ in the barcode field and apply to save settings.
