How to create an online downpayment request?
In our office module, we give you the tools to request a downpayment for an event or party. This downpayment can be accepted in person at the venue or online, through a link.
To create this link you need to do as follows.
- navigate to the reservation you want to request payment for.
- Navigate to the “Payments” tab.
- create a new payment.
- fill in the amount and select the payment method allowing online payments.
Now the downpayment is made. You will see there is an additional line in the payment overview & a link is shown next to the balance when the payment is selected.
This link can be shared with your customer in order to accept the downpayment.
