What email or push notifications are received from a client?
If you are wondering what specific emails are sent or opened by a specific client you can follow the instruction below.
- Open the ‘Members’ tab from FAST Booking or FAST Configurator application
- Click on a person member. His personal page will show up
- Go to ‘Statistics’ tab
- Go to ‘Messages history’ tab
The messages sent will have the state ‘Sent’, the opened ones will have a date filled in the column ‘Open’. If a message was not opened, you will not see any date in the ‘Open’ column. The template column will tell you in which specific template it is sent.
If the address is an email address then it was an email, in case the address is a device token code, it was a push notification.
