My ticket printer is not working
Introduction
This tutorial explains how to fix the ticket printer.
Configuration
Configuration steps:
- Fix Printer/cash drawer
In the menu click on the button fix Printer cash drawer.
2. Do a test print
click on windows + R > Type control panel> select view devices and printers> right click on the ticket printer EPSON TM T88V> Printer properties> Print Test Page.
3. Check connection with the booking:
To check the connection of the printer with the software,
Go to the Menu> System> Devices and select UNC name EPSON TM T88V and restart the booking.
4. check receipt margins and text:
in order to edit your receipt go to>configuration> report select sales receipt and go to settings to edit it.
